1. Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email info@mallofamercia.com within 30 days.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, we will issue a free prepaid return shipping label by email.

No restocking fee applies to defective items.
Non-Defective Items (Change-of-Mind Returns)

Returns for non-defective products are accepted within 30 days if the product is new or slightly used and in its original packaging with all accessories.

A prepaid shipping label is provided free of charge.

Unapproved or late returns (beyond 30 days) will not be accepted.
2. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of receipt.
Follow the same steps as above to request approval.
