Return Window: 30 days from the date you receive your item.
Accepted Product Condition: New and slightly used.


1. Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email info@mallofamercia.com within 30 days.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once approved, we will issue a free prepaid return shipping label by email.

  • No restocking fee applies to defective items.

Non-Defective Items (Change-of-Mind Returns)

  • Returns for non-defective products are accepted within 30 days if the product is new or slightly used and in its original packaging with all accessories.

  • No restocking fee.

  • A prepaid shipping label is provided free of charge.

  • Unapproved or late returns (beyond 30 days) will not be accepted.


2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of receipt.
Follow the same steps as above to request approval.


3. Refund Processing

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.

5. Exclusions

  • Gift cards and digital downloads are non-returnable.
