This is my item R7B19S2 T4847 T4848.  1 was available at listing time.  Short Story here.  Had to disassemble some equipment that was headed to the scrap yard.  Under the gun and didn't have time to try and sell these incubators to anybody.  So I took the electronics that I thought had value.  And I didn't have time to take the flat panel out of the housing.  So I just took the door off the front.  You will get what you see, a rotary switch, a locking device (that I don't have the key for), and calibration stickers that no longer mean anything since these incubators were scrapped.
